"Trust me State Farm is that neighbor you watch carefully like that one neighbor nobody wants including this local agent especially when your family faces a claim for unforseen damages to your property despite 10 or 15 years of paying premiums until a situation that is supposed to be covered trustingly by the agent to the corporate levels in returning your property to pre-damaging events warrant a legitimate claim that your premiums have more than paid for. While complaining about the adjuster and company handling of our crisis and losses this agent personally disrespected me insisting that when I could speak as an adult instead of a child she would consider discussing things with me further. She sent a contractor I later found to also be employed by the mitigation company they sent that mishandled and failed to return family heirlooms and other personal property failing to return it or compensate us insisting she knew the contractor and highly recommended him without disclosing his being a manager within Service Masters of Rome Georgia; they also did substandard work, disposed of our "unsalvageable" properties without our inspecting it or choosing to keep or dispose of sentimental priceless to us. Items.
The real kick to the guys was when they refused continuing our homeowners insurance policy about 2 weeks before renewal and then sending me literature to add my auto policy with her.
One year earlier despite my being a customer and the at fault driver also a client treated me as if my total loss of my family's only vehicle for work, school, etc I was ignored and told " our policy holder hasn't been interviewed yet" almost 2 months after he pulled out in front of me violating the right of was clearly spell out in the police report and treated me like a second class person despite my continually reminding them and her I was a policy holder of theirs as well whom paid my premiums on time and not their enemy or noncustomer outsider who was seriously injured by the policy holder they used as an excuse to help me get my case handled and a determination for the status of my damaged vehicle they began instructing me that they were terminating paying for storage prior to an adjuster evaluating was I able to move or drive the vehicle.
Do your family a favor and avoid Debra and State farm your time, business, and money because all she wants to do as your agent is collecting your money and avoiding you when you file a claim and God forbid your claim is not receiving the professional attention it deserves"
